Note: Light-pigmented humans, the northern white Europeans, have in a homozygous array the gene coding sites that allow light-pigmentation in skin and hair. A sentence from above book, The Life of Charlemagne, p. 37 needs noting, "A gulf of unknown length, but nowhere more than a hundred miles wide, and in many parts narrower, stretches off towards the east from the Western Ocean (modern North Sea between England, Norway, and Netherlands). Here from recent Guardian's Environment Blog, Thorium Advocates, we lift great paragraph: Thorium, its advocates claim, is beneficial not only because it's far more abundant and widely distributed in the Earth's crust than uranium; in addition, liquid-fluoride thorium reactors (LFTRs) could theoretically be much smaller, much cheaper and much safer than conventional nuclear reactors. The waste they produce would be dangerous for a far shorter period and, crucially, couldn't be used to create nuclear weapons. As a bonus, these fourth-generation nuclear plants could even burn up the dangerous plutonium stored in existing nuclear waste stockpiles, using it as a fuel.

Unlike Scandinavians, Zionists seem never to exibit the desire to hunt--being instead consumed by desire to seek wealth; and give Nobel prizes to each other.

Over the years we have wondered what may be the genetic, if it is genetic, cause for such a behavioral difference of want to hunt game versus not want to hunt game but rather hunt riches between two genetic tribes (used loosely) of people. And compared to other tribes, what may be the genetic cause, if there is, for many Zionist Khazar Jews to have a strong desire to be bankers; especially Big Bank CEOs--'gangster-banksters'? Well we suggest a theory as to how over very many generations rose the behavioral difference between Scandinavians who enjoy fishing and hunting, and Zionists who enjoy seeking riches. (Some Scandinavians do enjoy seeking riches. But are there any Zionists who enjoy hunting or fishing?)

But first let us say that in 1964 while finishing his PhD degree, one of our contributers sent an article to the science journal, Nature. His paper showed for the first time how site specific hyper-mutation allowed the formation of innumerable, different unique cleft binding sites in antibodies to fight viruses, harmful bacteria, and many pre-cancerous cells. The second generation of monarch is born in May and June, and then the third generation will be born in July and August. Now university students must demonstrate against Republicans, rich Provosts, Presidents, and Chancellors of Universities who get big salaries, retire on obscenely high pensions, and have the gall to want to raise tuitions and fees of poor students: It is the middle class and poor that have to pay ever higher property taxes to support the ever more expensive universities, and the ever higher top echelon salaries and pensions: It is the parents that have to pay university tuition, room, food, and fee costs: Or students have to get loans, resulting in life long debt. The students, some having to work part-time, hope they even graduate--and get a job.

Students must protest as in Britain. And as in Britain, Americans must march for alternative. We must not let the Khazarian or Zionist led Gangster-Bank firms (as Goldman Sachs), Wallstreet, Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Board Options Exchange, and Federal Reserve ruin America and other nations with unbridled, insatiable, destructive capitalism. Now since most of America's politicians live in gated communities protected by misled police and national guard/army as is Libya's Gaddafi the best solution is to find the addresses of the politicians' relatives and demonstrate by their homes and offices. For example the cruel, evil Khazarian Zionist--and top Mosad agent--Rahm Emanuel has relatives in/near Chicago. The preceding action is the only solution as politicians have rich campaign funders (sugar daddies); and America's elections do not record votes by fraud proof paper ballots--electronic voting made easily fraudulent.

So revolution, and demonstration by capitals and homes of politicians and their relatives/kin is only answer--that is if we can even get America back to what it was in the 1940s and '50s years of Truman and Eisenhower--when very rich paid taxes at a 94-92% rate (albeit some tax loopholes existed); rather than hide money in their tax havens. Like Republicans, Obama is a lousy politician for not closing tax loopholes. To vote for Obama for President one must wear a clothes pin on nose; and to vote for any of the motley, rotten group of Republicans for President one must wear pampers.

In 1940s-'50s Washington sent percentage wise more money to states than now to help pay a part of state budgets and keep property taxes and university tuitions low.

Demonstrating at state capitals and at homes of politicians and their nearest kin is the only solution. For the politicians would not even let people into the Wisconsin state capital--the Republican's Kremlin. Imagine, Democrat politicians and people had to get into Wisconsin's capital through windows! And trying to get into their office they were thrown to floor.

Next item: Peaceful demonstrations in Madison, Wisconsin are a great example to the world's people of how people living in a democracy can peacefully strive to obtain, keep, and hopefully improve delivery of humaneness by their governments to themselves, and others. In Wisconsin people do this by joining or forming labor unions, and with union dues they support the unions, so in turn the unions have funds to help get elected Democratic politicians who largely vote in behalf of the less wealthy--in order to counter uber-rich who support Republicans that favor uber-rich.

And the world's people can achieve the same above means of humaneness delivery for themselves, provided they learn to fast control their population growth; and also get the uber-rich to help support the running of their governments--and their governments' building and maintaining good roads, hospitals, etc. So, for example, Nigerians with a population of 360 million may want to meditate and cogitate, while they still have food--for a severely starved mind can not. Now all nations' people must stop giving welfare to the uber-rich. And the world's richest oil company, Exxon, with world's biggest profits, received welfare! Politicians have treated America's middle and low income classes wrongly by enacting tax laws that have these classes pay taxes--whereas the uber-rich, be they people or corporation, get welfare payments.

That said, now we begin blog: For fraudulent acts in Savings and Loans (S&L) crisis of 1980s there were convictions. But Matt Taibbi says no convictions for questionable or fraudulent acts (mega thefts) in more recent derivatives and swaps markets in New York, and Chicago Board of Trade, and in betting against the subprime mortgage market, i.e. shorting the mortgage market. Yet there was an attempt at passage by politicians of a 'fraud control bill' of activities of 'Wallstreet and Chicago conartists, swindlers, and dens of thieves. Stalin and the Khazarian Zionists killed people of other tribes, even some of Russia's best Slav army generals to protect and keep Stalin in power--so that Slav and other tribal people would not be able to get guns and kill Stalin and them (Khazarian Zionists).

So in like manner, Gaddafi was using troops from Zimbabwi, and Muslim mercenaries; including a few hundred--out of over a 1/2 million Nigerians that have entered Libya--to control and kill people who are not of his tribe. And his bodyguards were women, some blonds. Gaddafi had arranged these means to keep himself in power. For Gaddafi knew that the African mercenaries and women knew that they must kill a number of people of many clans and tribes that are not his kin, so as to put fear in the other clans and tribes in order to, hopefully, control them--so that they would not revolt and kill him (Gaddafi).

For if the clans and tribes revolted (which they did) and succeeded in killing him/Gaddafi then they would rape and kill the women bodyguards and mercenaries. So the mercenaries mind said, "Protect Gaddafi; for as long as Gaddafi is alive we have a better chance of surviving". The mercenary mind says kill or be killed; especially those that are not of Gaddafi's clan and tribe. Moreover, evil Gaddafi had allowed Muslim Nigerians to enter Europe through Libya to hasten the destruction of Europe. His evil motto: Weaken and destroy the neighbor next door.

That said now new topic: In America in years 1995 to 2005 the top one percent of households (the upper class) owned between 42% to 47% of privately held wealth share. Thus it is most urgent that in America the laboring class and their kids be allowed to demonstrate for the right to have a better share of the wealth pie. And it is also most important that all--stress all-- workers in a trade or union be obligated to support their union(s) by union dues.

The reason that unions must collect union dues is to have the funds gained thereby allow unions to support candidates favoring the labor class--and thus keep the political playing field even. For if the unions do not have money to help fund the campaigns of Democrats who are by a large measure kin to the less privileged laboring class, then the only ones with campaign funds will be the Republicans who are largely members of the wealthy upper class--and can buy TV ads out of own pockets--or receive funds from the upper class and uber-rich to buy very expensive TV ads. In any case the Democratic Senators, aka "Wisconsin 14" must continue to have the fortitude to stay the course they most wisely chose; and remain outside the claws and jaws of Wisconsin's Governor "Wolf Walker" who is ready to pounce on 14 senators who were elected to struggle for humane treatment of people; by any means they can, short of violence--as workers peacefully struggled in 1886 near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 1886 crackdown by the very rich and their owned Republican Governor Jeremiah Rusk became known as the Bay View Massacre.

A note to 'Wolf' Walker and his ilk: Before all of you blame union members for getting a part of some good life in America, you and your ilk should have the moral fortitude to bite the hands of the uber-rich that feed all of you, and just accept early retirement--after you first have re-enacted the progressive tax code of 1951. In fact some Wisconsin senators likely would not have to retire if they also showed moral courage and left the state--until the Wolf has been trapped; until 'walker' wolf, a 'limper' wolf.

So something amazing is occurring in Madison, Wisconsin now; where the lead author of this blog lives. Workers and others are peacefully demonstrating for a dignified treatment of workers (the laboring class). Yet the courageous labor leaders, the professors, teachers, the politicians, and students know little about who the uber-rich puppeteers are that are behind the curtains in the shadows. And the Jesuit Bishops, and Archbishops, the closet Khazarian Zionists aka Askanazi Jews such as Wisconsin Senator Herb Kohl, and Congresslady Tammy Baldwin will not let out any knowledge they may have. Neither will a former Madison mayor, who is running again for mayor, Paul Soglin; and the extremely evil Rahm Emanuel who yesterday was elected mayor of Chicago.

Emanuel is an Israeli who has dual citizenship. He is a member of the Israeli secret police, the Mosad. He is a great danger to America. Since he was Obama's Chief of Staff he and Obama have placed Khazarian Zionists in top positions in key agencies in the federal government, such as the FBI, CIA, Border Control, Federal Reserve Bank, the Treasury, Immigration, etc. He became mayor due to his opposition being divided among five candidates. This dirty trick of 'divide the opposition' so as to win happens in Wisconsin and other states in electoral districts where a Khazarian Zionist or Jesuit Catholic will fund two or more Protestants to enter any primary where a Jesuit or a closet Zionist is running. Winning by a candidate is more assured if in the race there are two or more opponents of a faith opposite to the candidate.

It has become obvious to those who have been involved in politics over many years that the Khazar Zionists and Jesuits--especially the uber-rich among them and also the uber-rich Protestants--do not want America to have, for example, a good educational system like the system that exists in Finland--likely best in the world. America once had great science and math education system; but not now. America must restore a high quality science and math education system so that it can remain strong with more good scientists and medical doctors, and not be overtaken by China. In fact the Khazar Zionists--by owning politicians--have been arranging the sale of America's technological know-how and companies to China. On these sales the uber-rich get vast sums of money.

America's uber-rich have their vast wealth--including vast profits from above sales--cruelly tied up in the derivatives and swaps market casinos. In the derivatives and credit default swaps (CDS) market casinos--which the uber-rich created and own--they use mega high speed/frequency computers running 24-7 on handsoff algorithm codes on automatic pilot. And they sucked the gullible to bite by placing money into flash-action derivatives. The market makers in derivative and swap market casinos always have the uber-rich win--until some year and week when the houses of cards tumble. But if they truly cared about America and its citizens they would stop what they are doing; for what they are doing adds nothing to keep America strong.

What the uber-rich who own an estimated 95% of America's wealth are doing is not creating and saving jobs in America but instead are being despicably selfish. They are getting their 'highs' by playing with, and using their wealth in the prior mentioned derivatives market casinos. They use their owned and controlled computers--having algorithm codes--placed next to each other in one room. The computers are on 'automatic pilot'; no human hands involved. The pre-programmed computers do flash wiggles of--'fishing hooks'--in up and down, buy and sell orders. And it is most important to understand why a market maker's two computers must be right next to each other in the same room--likely room in Goldman Sachs. It is to always have the two mega high speed computers be able to do their flash wiggles and bites on 'shorts and longs' actions a nano second sooner than the 'bites' that arrive from the 'competing fish' or computer located in a competing broker's room--be the broker even as close as in a building across the street. For an electrical impulse to order a buy or sell arrives from a computer in a building located across the street to the two adjacent computers in one room a micro nano second later than an impulse traveling a shorter distance from a computer located immediately next to its companion computer. Second place looses. But to not loose America the uber-rich should use their riches to create and save jobs in America; and not at a snail's pace.

Yet by not using their wealth to create jobs the uber-rich are ruining America. So to create jobs in America and thereby halt the ruination of America both the uber-rich and corporations must again pay taxes as they did in the 1950s. Their taxes would help support education, teachers salaries, pay employees and employers in the building of very high speed rail corridors and trains, etc. They must not have the middle class taxpayers--by way of corrupt tax laws enacted after 1950s by their owned politicians--pay themselves, i.e. send middle class taxpayer's money to the uber rich, the corporations; and the foreign banks, and Israel.

However they must know well that the Jesuits and the Khazarian Zionists--especially Zionist Emanuel knows--have nearly ruined America. And the flood of Mexicans and Muslims into America will hasten America's final ruin. In any case, similar but more violent labor protests have occurred in Wisconsin in the 1930s; one occurred in 1886 near Milwaukee. It was known as the Bay View Massacre. And labor protests have occurred in other states in earlier years--they are sad histories.

Older writers of this blog recall hearing the years 1905-16's labor histories told by parents and grandparents of the timber workers, iron ore, and copper miners strikes in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Many if not most of the activists and leaders in those strikes were Finns. They were activists because they, their parents, and grandparents had fought for and won a more humane work week in Finland before coming to America. Their grandparents had won the first more humane work week in Oulu, Finland in 1881 fighting against the Russian Tsar's secret police in what at that time was the world's largest shoe, leather and fur coat, hat, glove and other garment factory in the world: The furs such as sable came from as far away as Siberia--and were sent to London, Paris, and Italy. The workers put in 14 hour days 7 days a week.

The Tsar controlled Finland as a semi-autonomous province in 1800s. With the bitter strike ongoing, the Tsar capitulated: He gave Finns an 8 hour 6 day work week. Thus the writer kindly asks the reader to bear with him as he writes a few paragraphs on America's now ever more rotten politics that began under President Reagan. This rot effects the reader since the rot will lead to a most worrying concern, which we address later below.

An example of rot in America is case of Madison WI politics with its Mayor constantly raising property taxes. Yet extortion of property tax payers by politicians occurs all over America, not just Madison, since the progressive federal income tax began to be weakened by Presidents John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson in 1964-5. It continued to be weakened under Reagan and most presidents thereafter. And the tax burden also shifted more onto property taxes after the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act was repealed by the 1999 signature of 'peroxide-bottle-blond' Ogre Clinton.

If Glass-Steagall Act had remained, and former Fed Chair, ogre Alan Greenspan, had not made a decision in 1996 allowing bank holding companies to own investment bank affiliates with up to 25% of their business in securities underwriting, the two mentioned constraints would have prevented Goldman Sachs--an investment bank--from becoming a commercial bank. But in fall of 2008 it (Goldman heirarchy) saw the opportunity to make truly mega sums of easy money by obtaining virtually 'free money' through very low interest federal bailout money from the Fed. To utilize what it saw as a fast developing access to Fed's 'near free money' to make an uber sum of money, it became a commercial bank in fall 2008 to qualify for bailout money. It (they) did this so as to capitalize on federal bailout benefits, including virtually interest-free money from the Fed that it could use for perpetrating fraud in 'front running gold': Link to front running is in following paragraph.

The fact that Goldman became a commercial bank allowed its top echelon uber-rich SOBs to use the Fed's 'near free money' in microsecond high frequency trading in computerized front running in gold speculation; rather than allow by a high earnings tax--once over 70%--their (the Uber-Rich) uber wealth be used to help lower America's yearly budget deficits and debt. Now wannabe tiny Uber-Rich Republican Representative Issa as the powerful new Chairman of Committee on Oversight and Government Reform can try to legislate to halt the killing of America. Actually both Alan Greenspan with his cruel 1996 decision mentioned above and Bill Clinton signing repeal of Glass-Steagall Act are equally guilty of utterly ruining America.

Sadly, obtaining money from the Uber-Rich to help keep America militarily strong and somewhat humane has largely vanished after the Uber-Rich lobbied and funded the campaigns of the Washington politicians to greatly weaken the progressive federal income tax. They did this in order to not have to help reduce America's debt and budget deficits, and not to have any of their money be sent by the federal government to help states in following urgent needs; 1) balance budgets, 2) dampen property tax increases, 3) build better highways, 4) fund local transportation projects, and 5) pay above average salaries of good math and science teachers in all grade and high schools, colleges, and universities. (In science America is falling fast behind China. With rapidly made ships/carriers, submarines, and stealth fighters/bombers China is only playing for a bit more time. And the Uber-Rich are in their deep bunkers.) Incidentally, many never knew until rise of Reagan and Clinton that not only Irish Priests but other Irish, including the Chicago Daley ones, could be interesting--negatively. But no Irish dog mocked Hitler.

In any case, past politicians have arranged the City of Madison and some Wisconsin--and City of Chicago and some Illinois--Primary Elections to be held in cold February. (In the upcoming Chicago mayoral primary election the opponents to Rahm Emanuel, who is in the race with millions to buy TV time, will need to campaign in the cold.) The dirty-trickster politicians and incumbents want the weather during campaigns to be below freezing to hinder door to door campaigning by supporters of anyone running against them. Shockingly, in Wisconsin only 6% of eligible voters voted in February 2009 primaries: And this February it is expected to be less. And those who do vote in Madison mayoral primary are almost entirely made up of city employees. And they are expected to again vote virtually en masse for the incumbent Mayor because he has worked--with alders approving the budget--to increase their salaries, perks, and pensions, and is expected to continue to do so if elected again--at expense of raising property taxes of businesses, and those not working for the city to pay for increases.

Now public sector workers 'stickup' the private sector workers. For although both pay property taxes, and thus pay for increases in such taxes, yet it is the public sector by higher property taxes that benefits: For ever higher property taxes allows city to have increased revenues to continue to keep available public sector jobs, and pay the overly high salaries and overly costly benefits of public sector jobs--especially of jobs at high level classification. One example is Building Inspector Unit Director, Hammer 'Uberbelly' Hank, who had salary increased under current corrupt 8 yr. mayor--with alders approving--from $58,656 to $108,115. Public sector fat pigs eat well at public trough, as private sector looses jobs, and/or sees salaries and benefits lowered.

The public sector gets chance to not only keep their jobs but to nibble on their 'wage-and-pension-increase-cookies'. They get a return back from paying higher property taxes by way of their keeping/having jobs, and getting better cookies--reserved only for them. But the private sector workers, although paying higher property taxes, do not thereby guarantee keeping/having jobs. or get to nibble on public sector's cookies, although they (private sector) contributed to making and baking the cookies for the public sector by paying property taxes. In fact rising property taxes drive businesses to leave Wisconsin and many states, causing private sector job loss.

Incidentally, the Mr. 'Uberbelly' mentioned above added $800 fines to owners of homes located in some often flooded areas if they had taken items out of their storm flooded basements and placed them in their backyards to dry out, and wait until city builds bigger storm drain pipes. He is alleged to have said he was told by Mayor to help raise money for city budget by writing tickets on people not cutting grass in their backyards--and to increase the fines until grass is cut, no matter if there are shelves and items from their flooded basements hindering the cutting of grass in back yards.

In any case, if elected, how can any Mayor try to revive Madison or more importantly America; both having been ruined by Zionists and by Jesuits? (Madison has been ruined by a Jesuit Mafia.) Now this writer is Lutheran, and a normal male--whereas Madison has a high number of Irish Catholics, and voters with 'interesting' sex partner preferences. Monarch butterflies go through four developemental stages--egg, larvae, chrysalis, adult butterfly--during one life cycle, and through four generations in one year. This first generation monarch will then die after laying eggs for generation number two. The second generation of monarch is born in May and June, and then the third generation will be born in July and August. These monarch butterflies will go through exactly the same four-stage life cycle as the first generation did, dying two to six weeks after they become beautiful monarchs.

But the fourth generation of monarch is a bit different than the first three generations. The fourth generation is born in September and October and goes through exactly the same developemental process as the first, second and third generations except for one part: Unlike genes in prior three generations, it has a new different set of genes that turn on, controlling a new life phase or life style behavior pattern: The new behavior pattern is an urge and ability to migrate a long distance, with information on exact migration route, ending in hibernation in Mexican mountains.

Of most interest is that the fourth generation of monarch does not die after two to six weeks. Instead, this generation of monarch--is directed by newly opened genes--to migrate to the warmer climate of Mexico to a certain mountain range and will live (hibernate) for six to eight months in pine trees until it is time to start the whole process over again.

Mystery is how does the 4th generation monarch know the exact route to fly the last long way to exact pines on a Mexican mountain where its great grandparents had sex? Now the monarch may hold the clue to how some person(s) can be evil; perhaps like their great granddad/mom--if great granddad/mom was/were evil, or experienced an event that caused him/her/them to be evil, or had a combination of genes that programmed him/her/them to be evil.

As stated the monarch goes through 4 generations between birth in the north, then coming back in 4 generations, at end resting in Mexico. Each generation butterfly is a different monarch. The 4 generations beginning in north live through one summer season of 6 mos. To recapitulate, the first stage monarch is born in the north. In 2nd generation it may migrate a bit south, and lay eggs for 3rd generation. The 3rd generation may migrate a bit further south before it lays eggs. The final fourth generation lives much longer to fly to and hibernate winters in Mexico.

Now as stated, the mystery is how does the 4th generation monarch know the route to fly and what tree to go to in precise Mexican mountain--when it never was born there, and had never flown the route; even route to the north, much less back before? Thus the monarch and how some of its genes coding for behavior are passed through generations in germ cells, and not functioning in some generations--their expression skipping generations--and then to express themselves in the 4th generation may be the gene mechanism and the reason how Finns are often hunters--and Zionists are not. Back in 1944 to 1963, America's middle and low income taxpayers were glad to find that when all shared in paying taxes at rates they could well afford--richest at 94% in '44, lowered tad to 91% in '63--then America was soon out of debt. Back then, there was a vibrant middle class: They paid taxes at a rate less than marginal rates of the super rich; although to reduce taxes, the rich by 50s and 60s used many loopholes.

Yet average taxpayers were glad to know they were not sending part of their taxes as interest on nation's debt--for there was none--to private mostly Zionist run banks that were stockowners of the Federal Reserve (Fed): Since its creation in 1913, the American government and its citizens have not owned the Fed: Instead, Zionists in 12 regional Federal Reserve Banks, and/or Europe (Rothschilds) own, and control Fed--and thus Americans. Because of slave-like conditions in the iron and copper mining industries in northern Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin in early 1900s, the Finnish miners became strikers and union organizers. Thus the best and fastest way for President Obama and the Congress to increase employment in the private sector with the least amount of tax payer dollars is to only need to place a relatively small amount of the tax payer dollars that are sent to our government back into hands of those who will of necessity immediately with high velocity spend it--rather than put the dollars under their mattress which would be a slow or no velocity "mattress dollar". Obviously a high velocity dollar enters and circulates faster in the economy for some time buying goods and services--thus creating jobs--as it travels, circulates around; only to reach eventually upwards into the billionaires' offshore tax haven bank accounts. The offshore tax haven dollar is the "offshore ultrarich mattress dollar". Thus with offshore tax havens, and no strong progressive tax, the reverse flow velocity of money from the billionaires flowing back down to the middle and low income people is as slow as the snail-paced creep of turtle Mitch McConnell, zero. As laws now stand, the people can not pry or claw back into America the 'ultrarich mattress dollars' out from under the offshore billionaires' mattresses to help lower America's both huge debt and yearly budget deficits; resulting from billionaires' "sugar-daddied" and lobbied tax loopholes. Now the fastest, best--and also most humane way--to create a high velocity dollar--moving upwards but, sadly, not back down--is by at least doubling the minimum monthly payments in Social Security: The doubling, or even tripling--from current $670.00/mo. to over $1600.00/mo.--should have occurred several years ago to keep up with the true cost of living, consumer price index (CPI) increase. Thus the Congress and the President must reenact a more humane cost of living or consumer price index (CPI) to data and calculations used by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) starting back in 1995; rather than the flagrantly underestimated, slanted cost data of the Boskin Commission, and which data use was most inhumane to people of low incomes: A more humane and correct rise in the CPI since 1995 would allow (or if need be force) the Social Security Administration to calculate true far more humane social security income (SSI) monthly payments--at least the minimum payments--to low income people, rather than to leave the payments as low as they currently are. If no correction is done to bring back a true more humane CPI, and more humane minimum SSI monthly payment, then hundreds of thousands of legal American citizens receiving low payments may soon be living on a paupers' prison planet; with a paupers' prison living index--which will be calculated by using the cost of two or more days-old bread and lowest quality fatty hamburger--to determine their social security payments.
